Two partners from a well known international management consulting firm left and started their own firm.  After touring multiple locations in the Far North Dallas and LBJ sub-markets we helped the firm negotiate a 5 year lease in the Bent Tree / Quorum sub-market with below market rates, a favorable tenant improvement allowance and ROFR (right of first refusal).  The growing firm later exercised their right to expand into adjacent space, nearly doubling their initial leased space and later moved to another building where we negotiated a must-take for an entire floor and building signage.
