A Dallas technology start-up need room to expand their operations.  After considering commute times for key personnel and looking at several sub-markets including Uptown, Upper Tollway, and Central Expressway, the opted to lease just over 4000 sf in Far North Dallas.  We were able to negotiate a below market rate, turnkey finish and options for expansion with a ROFR (right of first refusal)
